Most artistic game of all time!?

Didn't go through all 15 pages to see but I've played a lot of beautiful and artistic games (Fully HD modded Skyrim is a thing of greatness) but visually one of my favorites is "Alice: Madness Returns".

I even bought it for PC just so I could take screenshots while I play (haven't gotten to that yet). When Alice isn't in the wonderland the world is dark and miserable and the people are all designed to be horrifyingly ugly. The wonderland is full of different themed areas that are all stunning.

I'd say Journey, that was a brilliant, beautiful looking artistic game, although I refuse to play through it any more than once. I feel it would dampen the unique experience I had the first time round and make it seem less creative than it did the first time round. And I really like the visual style of the Ultimate Ninja Storm series, although it's not necessarily the 'most' artistic.
