Yup, I definitely think Okami is right up there. It's beautiful both in terms of presentation and in terms of art design. One of the prettiest games in existence.

Ubisoft's Prince of Persia (2008) also had breathtaking visuals. I wish Ubisoft would have made a sequel for that instead of making Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands.
