Artistic Violence...gotta love it.
I also have to point out Guild Wars in terms of the artistic landscapes and backgrounds which are constantly changing. Also take a look at Blade and Soul...the game itself is an art.

Well it depends on what you want to consider art. Do you mean the graphics? Because i'm kinda getting over flashy pictures. If you mean story then almost nothing is truly original out of the new games which means that you need to seperate it into story or graphics. And if you consider it music then what the hell system are you grading it on? That being said i'd say the most artistic game is Prince of Persia. It combines the graphical arts, with a brilliantly written story, amuzing characters, decent music, and of course the art of mindless slaughter.
