Yes, it's fun. I started off with the usual classic rock and metal stuff, but now I've moved on to fusion guitar after listening to guys like Holdsworth.

I play lead to but I don't have a band.. Fusion.... nice. Try listening to Guthrie Govan he's quite amazing too but of course Allan is a legend.

Guthrie's great too. Definitely a name to look out for regardless of what style you play.

with Acoustic it's like a side instrument, you find your sound on the acoustic and then you try it out on Elec Guitar or reverse. the cords and amp and stuff your good to go! just when you use the Guitar...do not thrash too hard our you'll break more than one string...trust me I I broke three strings while playing a "Whole Lotta Rosie"
and how I learn to play, the notes are great but it quiet easier to put on your favortie CD and try to mimic their Guitar sound, I start with AC/DC.

I play lead guitar and fingerstyle acoustic. Planning on making a Death Metal band, but sadly no band members yet.

I can play acoustic guitar but I plan to play bass when I get a band together. There's a lot of pressure on the lead guitarist so I don't want to deal with that lol!

You might wanna think about replacing the behringer soon. They have a habit of dying.

I do both lead and rhythm guitars. Its good to know both.
