I was thinking about that blond girl but... she doesn't seem to be that big in the story. Altho, she looks like she does.

The crew definately needs a third female. X3 also, the age of the new recruit keeps getting older and older. (Brook finished it) They need a girl younger than Nami or something. XD

EDIT: I prefer having someone who has a function. They need a strategist. different from tactician. If Boa or Clay can play games and knows how to siege a giant fortress effectively (plus admirals), than either of them should join.
