he dont beleve in the marines sence of justice, and folows his own. the strawhat crew dont seem evil as most pirates, and in some instances, seem to have a sence of justice, wich i think might be simmalar to smokers...

Click to show or hide the marines are trying to atain some ultimate weapons to destroy the pirate era, and could essentialy destroy the world... i aint finished watching the arc yet, but i dont think this is the same typ of justice smoker would beleve in. if he thinks the marines are a threat, he could atleast betray them... plus, like the rest of the straw hats, he would be in it for him self, like zoro joined to become the best swordsman, sanji joined to find all blue etc...
