Do you get mad when a JRock musician is mistaken for his Gender?

(Couldn't find this topic in the search bar.)

Today when I went on one site where I was a member and only two people who liked JRock where there. I look at my email and see that I got a comment from this one guy that always seemed to have maked me mad. I had a Bou avatar and Signature and here was his question: "May I ask who that girl is in your sig?"
I was a ticked off. I replied to him in a good manner. I was still mad though thinking that he would ask that question, because IMO, I think it can be easily seen that Bou is a guy.

So, does it make you mad when any JRock musician that dresses like a girl, is mistaken for his gender?

yea, especially if the same one can't understand that he's really a MAN, not a woman. even if you told like 12012 times that he's really a guy.

Not really. I've mistaken a male Japanese singer for a woman once or twice. Maybe if they didn't wear all of that makeup...

I don't think there's anything wrong with them wearing makeup. I just wanted an excuse for mistaking a man for a woman. :P

Anyway. I don't mind people mistaking male singers for female singers. I make that mistake all the time, so it wouldn't make much sense for me to get mad at other people for doing the same thing.

Yeah i get pissed off!

I had pictures of An Cafe on my Art Folder and was carrying it around my school, and people kept saying
Baka's ---" Who are those girls?"
Me --- "They are not girls, they are guys!"
Baka's --- "What?! no they are girls!"
Me --- "NO. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THEM SO SHUT UP!"

Its like, how can you even THINK they are girls? -.- Miku, Takuya, Bou, Teruki, Yuuki, They thought they ALL were girls! =/

Lol one guy even said "Hey, they are kinda hot you know"
Then he took it back when i told him they were guys not girls...ahaha idoits

well, its the jrocker's fault for dressing so femme.
common sense. if anyone wears makeup, pluck their brows, and wears a dress (for example bou),
one can only suspect its a girl, no?

you dont see too much of that in real life other than tranny bars/clubs.

I don't get angry because its understandable that somebody who does not know what visual kei is would mistake it for something else. I'm pissed off at the bands who concentrate too much on their look and totally forget their music, that's what pisses me off

"in a way everything goes." ex: in a way a way i can sing. in a way i can turn off my computer. in a way i can read for a long time. in a way i hate him.

You can insert that phrase virtually anywhere. xD
A friend of mine pointed that out to me.

So anyways, when a dude that looks feminine gets confused for a gal i really don't care. It doesn't bother me much. It's just a bit funny that they got em confused is all. ^^
