I think she loved Zero because shes always trying her best to protect him from the vampire hunters.... Or im not sure

I'd say that she's finally getting a good glimpse of Kaname's true nature and the polish is wearing off, not to mention the obvious care she still shows towards Zero and wanting to avoid pulling him back into the mix. Think I'll brain bleach the bed scenes between Kaname and Yuuki and keep reading only 2-3 chapters left after all.

She feels obligated to be at his side, especially after finding out his intentions.. well. She's the type to want to take action, even if it's futile, lol. I guess that's both a blessing and a curse, in her case. I wish she'd prioritize Zero over Kaname, though.
