It can one of many things.

1) They really do think that what they saw sucked. They just express their disapproval with more vigor.
2) They are bored and want attention on the net. Maybe they enjoy reading the comments of people they enraged.
3) They give a completely opposite opinion on a video just to "stay out of the norm". If a whole bunch of people like something, there will be a whole bunch of people who don't like it.

No, it is not necessary, but nobody is gonna stop them.

It is called freedom of expression and it is your own prerogative to choose to ignore the whining or take it to heart.

I suppose if those kind of people don't really give logical reasoning to their complaint then they could be attention hores. Then again, it's really hard to figure out if the person is really being logical or not, especially if you believe that everyone is right in their own sense. I think people will stop complaining over the internet if everyone just ignored them. The internet has no rules concerning freedom of expression and if a topic doesn't concern you then don't even respond to it.

I think arguing is allowed but it has to be reasonable.
I mean swearing and loads of insults for no reason is hardly acceptable (unless you know that person, then ofcourse its a different matter)

I see many people who post comments saying "That suxs"
and yet where is the answer saying what suxs about it.

Instead of saying "It suxs"
I think people should be more creative with their criticism. Eg. "Not my style", "Not synced", "Didn't fit the song, mood"

Like chain mail, if somebody does something others will follow. Like spam its really annoying for the user who has to see it (another reason why people do it.)

I complain when people don't use proper grammar or spelling.

P.S. PUNCTUATION, it's a BEAUTIFUL THING... USE IT. FUCK.
