so is this correct?

Shinpachi: "Boku wa Higurashi janai!"
Gintoki : "Chigau! Omae wa Higurashi da!"
Kagura : "Fuka! Shinpachi wa Higurashi janai! watashi wa Higurashi da......Shinpachi wa....taira da..."
Shinpachi: Boku wa nomi hito desu....soshite, sore wa mono desu... (can I use desu here????)
Yamazaki: Nani?? Ore wa nomi mono janai! Ore wa...MAME DAIFUKU DA!!!!!!

LOL This is excellent....made me laugh real hard. You must always use desu there because "mono" is a nominal and you can't leave a nominal hanging without a copula. (nominals can be nouns and adjectives... a copula is "Desu, da, deshou, etc." I'll get to that soon. For now just keep making sure not to switch copula from polite "desu" to direct "da"... keep it constant like you have it here) Everything is fine here.

EDIT: u think spanish is easier? i think spanish is more complicated..i heard Japanese language doesnt play the feminine/masculine role..
like la tarea..how can homework be feminine.. @_@ but i guess Spanish would be easier since it is kind of similar to English

I am a Native Spanish speaker and I know that pronunciation in Japanese is easier for a spanish speaker, but grammar is ultra-hard. Spanish in comparison to Japanese for an English speaker is easier only because the writing system of Japanese is mindf*ck. Japanese DOES however also have masculine/feminine roles and Blunt/gentle style to add to that.

You must always include the particle after the subject/object marked. It cannot be in front. The particle wa is not always the one you need, you can use other particles but we'll get to them soon, bear with me for a moment. Let's get comfortable with Topic marker "wa" before I move on to other particles. I will get to all of them, so you can chuck Topic marker "wa" later.

buuuut! Just a warning! There IS another "wa" particle that exists too but I'll explain that when we get to Kana and "Blunt vs Gentle speech". Not now! Good god no...

I'm trying to learn Chinese, Hindi, Russian, French(should be easy but time is the limitation...), and Arabic.

I do both, self-taught and formal classes, and the fourth one shall remain a secret. We go back to lesson?

Zura omae nani o shiteru no
seigi no kyouiku?

Listen everyone the only japanese word you need to know is this:
*POCHI*
When you speak this word, you automatically press a button and something happens.
That should keep you busy.

Also when they ask you about Ginpachi Sensei you should respond like this:
dare mo sono joutai o shiranu nazo no hito

And when they ask you about Zura-Sensei you should respond :
otokomono no fuku o kita bishoujo dearu! kettai-na ko ya na~
