Who else thought that was a bunch of bull? I mean wtf it didnt seem like it had a point. Yes we figured some stuff out, but no real fighting? Come on... Its a power match made in heaven... I think this episode has caused me to start reading the manga only... I might just give up on the series all together... Such a shame.. I put up with those 40 fillers in a row along with various "special" (noted special=crap) episodes and re-cap episodes they threw in their, but none of them were as bad as this...

Well this topic is more targetted at the newest episode. I didn't want to spoil it so I didn't put much about the episode in it till a few days passes, but i mean hell... This episode was a complete waist of time for a TWO EPISODE release. Sure some corpses die... again... and don't even put up a fight for that matter. THERES A FLOATING WIG OF DOOM TO! Where do they come up with this crap? I seriously hope this isn't in the manga -_- A floating wig? Come on...

Although the anime series features a filler, the story is as important as those in the manga. The story makes us know more about Asuma sensei. In the manga he just died in the hands of Akatsuki members, for me a horrible and pathetic death. In the anime he's given a more important and respectful role.

And isn't it a little boring if what we can read in the manga is exactly the same as what we can watch in the anime? And we cannot call ourselves as avid naruto fans if we miss out the anime.

To Teh-Kun: it's not a wig, it's her original body! Watch it again, will ya? No offense ^^

First, that is true, but its just the same thing over and over. This was another lonely "outcast" episode. It was a double episode, and yet nothing happened that they couldn't cap in one episode. It was all "Your not alone you have friends." Its just they are trying to string out the series as long as possible to make more money...

Secondly, i wasn't specifically calling it a "wig" I was equating it to the fact that it was basically a wig. How can a person live in hair alone? Atleast Sasori had a "heart" like thing. It was just a ridiculous concept that hair could be a whole woman. It would of been so much more reasonable if she like just had all the different chakra's inside her, with the flaw that the supply runs out fast or so forth. so sorry for calling it a "wig" when i should of called it floating hair that contains a whole body :D

lol yeah that was sick. Not once but twice actually through this sora arc. but who knows how old that hag actually is though. Its floating hair?! Does it even age... If so is she technically "immortal" (I know she dies, but if she isn't killed will she just keep living). Just shows how illogical that actually was. If she found a way to just live as hair she would live for ever... What would happen if someone gave her lice? Wouldnt that be a bitch...

Its so true though. Out of all the things that go on in Naruto,
-Peoples bodys turn HUGE
-Dead bodys rise from the ground
-People can control Elements
-People can use clones
-KAKASHI NEVER SHOWS HIS FACE! How does he eat or drink during the long on screen shots?
-people creating illusions
-orochimaru cant ever die. Even when cut in half like 20 times. Then he has a damn sword in his stomach.
-Naruto has a GIANT demon inside his tummy.

Out of ALL that, the thing I can't believe is floating hair...

This whole topic is about this double episode, so it is about this "one episode". Aside from this one episode, there were 40 others in a ROW of fillers. and really.. name calling? People wonder where the stereo-type narutard came from. I will tell you something i told someone else. I watch the anime because I know alot of people who watch alot of anime. When it comes up in conversation I like to be able to either make fun of it so people laugh, or actually have a serious conversation about it. However this episode has single handedly thrown bullshit in my face so much that it might just be unbareable...
