Hana Kimi

This is a fanfioc I was workign on for a while but it got nelegected so I thought maybe posting it would get me in the mood to continue it. It's long 20 pages. Mina helped me with this one a lot.
Setsuya and Kyoharu disguise themselves as guys and get into Osaka high. Kyo (Mina's char) I s out to prove that girls can do anything guys can. Setsu is jsut trying to prove she can do anything. I hope you like it.

“Setsuya are you sure you want to do this?” Kyoharu asked as she and her little twin sister got the news they were both accepted into Osaka High School. “Yes I want to go I can’t let you do this alone, and I won’t let ANYTHING stop me.” Setsuya said.
That was back in January and it was now March and they were standing outside OS.H. gates, dressed as guys. Osaka high was an all boys school. Kyoharu was determined to prove girls were just as good if not better. Setsuya was there to approve she could do anything ‘normal’ people could.
“At least we have the same room.” Setsu said. “That’s because we requested it.” Kyo grumbled as she walked towards Dorm 2. People were muttering and staring probably because they were street clothes and Kyo was in all black. She’s was in black Tripp pants and a black Good Charlotte t-shirt with gothic make up on. She also had on a biker jacket and a spiked collar. Plus the fact she had black hair with red tips. Setsu wasn’t so obvious she was in baggy jeans and a baggy Toby Keith shirt with a bunch of thick chained necklaces with like kinds of charms from dragons, knives and wizards. What made everyone stare was the natural red hair with black tips.
“I wish they would shut up.” Kyo muttered. “So why are we staying in this freaking dorm?” Kyo muttered. “Because it’s the only dorm open and hey it’s has the most private and the lesser amount of drama.” Setsu said. “Ohhh well as long as they leave us alone I’m fine.” Kyo said. They arrived at the dorm and headed inside. “Let’s see room 215.” Setsu said opening the box with a little key. They put they outside shoes in the box and put on they inside shoes. Even Kyo’s inside shoes were black Setsu were the normal dark blue.
“Oy! You must be the new sophomores. I’m Shuichi Nakatsu here let me help.” He said reaching for their bags. Kyo grabbed hers. “I’m fine thanks.” Kyo said. “And you?” He asked. “Oh no I’m fine thank you and we’re the Rima brothers I’m Setsuya and this is Kyoharu.” Setsu said. “Well nice to meet you I’ll introduced you guys to everyone later.” Nakatsu said putting on his shoes and leaving. “You should have let him helped you.” Kyo said. “No I’m fine it’s not that heavy.” Setsu said smiling at Kyo. They got to their room and had unpacked when someone knocked on the door. Kyo looked up from her book staring at Setsu like ‘I’m not getting it.’ Setsu got up from the desk and answered it.
“Hello I’m N.R. Nanba Minami boy you are a cutie.” Nanba said shaking her hand. “Ummm thank you, I’m Setsuya Rima nice to meet you.” Setsu said. “HEY! Keep your hands off my brother!” Kyo growled. “And this is my over protective brother Kyoharu don’t mind him.” Setsu said. “Alright if you need anything I’m just a few doors down.” Nanba said leaving quickly. “You’re scared him that wasn’t very nice.” Setsu said after shutting the door. “He deserved it remember you have to be careful.” Kyo said laying back down. “I know I will.” Setsu said.

The next day was the first day of classes. Everyone was still staring because even though they were wearing uniforms they didn’t look like it. Kyo was no checked pants or tie but black pants but she was wearing the shirt (spring remember) but had a black trench coat over it and was wearing gothic make up still plus the spike collar. Setsu was wearing the uniform but no vest but she had spiked bracelets and quite a few necklaces some with heavy chains with swords, dragons and etc on it.
“I really wish they would stop staring.” Kyo said. “They will by the end of the week.” Setsu said. They got to their homeroom and unfortunately for Kyo Nakatsu was in the room. “Oh hello Setsu hey guys these are the new kids from America. Setsuya and Kyoharu.” Nakatsu said. “Hello nice to meet you.” Setsu said bowing Kyo just bowed with her. Everyone gave introductions and bowed. “Wow you’re from America too where? I’m from California.” Mizuki said. “We’re from the East coast South Carolina.” Setsu said. They started class everyone seemed to get alone well. At lunch Setsu had to go to the nurse. “I hope the nurse doesn’t have a good woman’s instincts.” Setsu said. She got there and saw the nurse’s name was Hokuto Umeda and poked her head in. She was slightly stunned to see a man. A beautiful young man. “Yes?” He grumbled. Obviously today was a hectic day. “Mhh well I’m new..” She started when Umeda interpreted “Obviously.” “Mhh yes well I need to give you my medicine.” Setsu said stepping closer. “ Alright what’s it for Mr.--” Umeda said. “Ohh Mr. Setsuya Rima it’s for my baronial tubes.” Setsu said. “But it’s not winter.” Umeda said taking the bottle. “Yes I know but it’s still cold and I can have an attack anytime.” Setsu said. “Ohh when did we let the weak in?” Umeda grumbled. “I’m not weak.” Setsu growled. “It was a joke.” Umeda said raising his hands in defense.
“Well it wasn’t funny.” Setsu said walking away. The first week went by without incidents. But Setsu and Kyo knew it was only the beginning. ’Alright boyos O.H.S is famous for it’s athletes so gym isn’t going to be an easy A class you’ll have to try. You’ll sweat and bleed.” Coach Tamaki said. Everyone tried not to groan but a few escaped someone’s lips. “Alright let’s start your annual 2 mile spring run.” Coach Tamaki said. Everyone groaned that time and started to run. “At least it’s chilly today.” Nakatsu said. It was barely above 60 degrees. “Yeah it feels so good.” Mizuki said she was keeping up with Sano and Nakatsu… for now. Kyo was determined to keep up with the boys. “Yeah it is a good day for us but I’m worried about Setsu.” Kyo thought turning her head to see behind her. Setsu was a few feet behind looking fine. Kyo decided she would be fine and started to focus on beating Nakatsu. They made it though the first mile still neck in neck with Sano a few feet ahead and Mizuki and Setsu behind.
Nakatsu and Kyo rounded the first corner leaving Mizuki and Setsu behind. Setsu stopped to take a breather. She had her hands on her knees breathing hard. “You okay?” Mizuki asked. Setsu nodded. “Yeah just give me a minute.” Setsu said starting to pant. It suddenly became harder to breath. Setsu grabbed at her throat. “Setsu?! Setsu?!” Mizuki shouted getting scared. Everything was going black to Setsu. It felt like she was a fish out of water. “I can’t leave her like this.” Mizuki thought looking around as she caught Setsu who was falling to her knees. Mizuki saw more runners coming. She recognized one. “KAYASHIMA!” Mizuki shouted. His group of runners looked over curiously. They were shocked and came over immediacy. “Go get Umeda, Coach Tamaki and Kyo.” Mizuki said. Several went off to do this. “Umeda might take too long.” Kayashima said taking the barely breathing Setsu. “So let’s take her to Umeda.” Kayashima said picking her up bridal style. “Wow he’s strong.” Mizuki thought following.
On the way they ran into the teacher and Umeda. “What happened?!’ They exclaimed. “She just collapsed.” Mizuki explained. “Let’s get her inside.” Umeda said taking her. Kyo run up after a minutes. “Rima there you are you’re brother was taking to the infirmary he collapsed.” Tamaki said. “What?!” Kyo exclaimed running towards the infirmary. Meanwhile Umeda had just laid Setsu down on the bed. He got out ‘his’ medicine and down ’him’ to take it and got out ’his’ in hailer. He got out the stereoscope and was about to hear ’his’ lungs. He was about to lift ’his’ shirt when Kyo grabbed his hands. “Don’t touch my brother.” Kyo hissed.” Umeda pulled his hand away. “Well I have to check him to make sure his breathing is normal again.” Umeda said. “Well you’re not doing it right you have to check him from the back.” Kyo said sitting her up. Kyo lifted up her shirt including her bra strap. Umeda stuck the cold stereoscope on her back listening careful to her breath. “Alright he seems to be returning to normal. I’m gonna keep him in here for a while to make sure he’ll be okay.” Umeda said. Kyo death glared him but she knew he was right. “Don’t touch him. ‘Kyo growled leaving. “Jeez sister complexion much.” Umeda muttered sitting down.
(T.K.: [Dramatic music} Yes Umeda has figured it out. He figured out Mizuki’s secret easily so I figure he would figure Setsu out easily too he doesn’t know about Kyo…yet. Now back to the story.)
Setsu woke up some time later. Umeda was slumped over his desk filling out report and filing papers. “What time is it?” Setsu asked quietly. Umeda swirled around in his chair to face her. “You’re up I see you gave everyone quite a scared with that little fainting spell.” Umeda said. “Sorry I didn’t mean to cause any trouble.” Setsu said. “You run that whole 1st mile didn’t you?” Umeda asked. “How did you know?” Setsu asked getting off the bed. “Cause I saw your medical report you can do sports just not hard or rough ones.” Umeda said uncrossing his long legs as she approached. “Umm yeah.” Setsu said. “You shouldn’t push yourself. Are you trying to prove your as good as your brother.” Umeda said standing up.
“Yes my parents treat us differently and well sometimes it drives me crazy.” Setsu said rubbing his the back of her neck. “Well you soon take it easy I don’t want to see you back in here for another asthma attack.” Umeda said. “Just for that?” Setsu asked. “Well, if you get sick you can came in but of course when you have a visitor I have plenty of stuff to help.” Umeda said. Setsu blushed and nodded. “Wait! Why do you have that kind stuff? If this is a all boys’ school?” Setsu asked. “Nothing gets past you does it? But well have some female teachers.” Umeda lied. Setsu gave him a untrusting look but let it go. “Alright well I’m going back to class. What period is it?” Setsu asked. “4th period? Almost half the day is done.” Setsu said rocking on her heels. “Quit wasting time and

“Quit wasting time and hurry to class you missed enough already.” Umeda said scribbling a note to get into class.
Heh sorry about that. It got cut off. Hwere's some more.

“Thanks.” Setsu said taking the note and leaving. “Mhh why do I have a feeling that won’t be the last I see of her?” Umeda thought. Setsu got changed into her uniform and went to class.
“I don’t like that doctor.” Kyo said when they got to their room. “Why?” Setsu asked climbing up to her bed. “Because he’s a prev.” Kyo growled. “He didn’t know I was a girl.” Setsu argued. “Why in the world are you sticking up for him?” Kyo asked disgusted. “I’m not but you shouldn’t accuse people on false terms.” Setsu said. “Suuure, whatever but I don’t want you going backing there.” Kyo said crossing her arms flopping on the bed. “Oh then what am I suppose to do when I get sick die?” Setsu asked. “Yes.” Kyo said smirking. Setsu rolled her eyes.
The next day during class Setsu was pulled out of class by Tamaki. “Yes sir?” Setsu asked. “Look about yesterday I would understand if you would want to drop out of gym. You could get a doctor’s note.” Coach said. “Oh no I don’t want to stop going to gym. I love sports I just have to take my medicine.” Setsu said. “Wow you’re one brave man.” Coach said walking off. During lunch which she usually ate with Kyo on the roof.
She knocked on the opened door to get his attention. “Ohh you’re back, sick again?” Umeda asked whirling around in his chair. “No thankfully I was just wondering if you could write a note…” Setsu started to say when Umeda cut her off. “To get out of gym certainly you shouldn’t be running around…” Then Setsu cut him off. “Oh no, I want to stay in gym I need you to write a note saying I took my medicine.” Setsu said. Umeda stared at her for a moment. “You’re a weird guy okay take it and go.” Umeda said scribbling a note. She took it and left with her note in her pocket.
Now it was the 2nd week of school all the clubs were staring up. Kyo decided she would try for the kendo club. At try outs she killed the guys. “Ha! You just got beat by a girl.” Kyo thought happily. As she beat the third guy in a row with barely breaking a sweat. “Hmm he’s very strong. He could easily get us to nationals.” The captain Hiro thought. “Thanks you everyone we’ll post the new members tomorrow during lunch.” Co-captain said dismissing them. “I know I’m gonna make it.” Kyo thought as she walked home gi top draped over her shoulder. She saw a bunch of the college students hanging around the cafeteria. She saw a tall guy with long black hair. He was dressed in punk gear. She stopped for a second and stared. But she quickly regained her poser and kept walking. She wasn’t going tot talk with him when he had all his friends around him.
Meanwhile Setsu was in the theater. She was trying for Drama club and a part in the play Snow White.
“Mhh let’s see Setsu you can try out for Grumpy.” Oscar said. “Alright,” Setsu said. She started to read the lines. “Thank you very much. Tsugi!” Oscar shouted. “Wait Masao. He’s really pretty he can try for Snow White.” Yao whispered. “Mhhh you could be right.” Oscar whispered back. “Mr. Setsu read for Snow White.” Oscar said. “Wait! You’re giving me a chick’s part?” Setsu exclaimed. “Maybe if you’re good enough now shut up and read.” Oscar said. Setsu obeyed and read the lines the best she could. When she looked up from the script Oscar and Yao seemed shocked. “Umm well we’re post result tomorrow during lunch.” Oscar said dismissing her. “Cool thanks.” Setsu said leaving. As she walked towards her door she saw Umeda and Nanba talking. “Hey R.A. Nanba-kun.” Setsu said walking up. “Hello Setsu-san.” Nanba said turning towards her. Setsu looked back and forth between the 2. “What?” Umeda asked raising an eyebrow. “Are you 2 related?” Setsu asked. “What?!” They both exclaimed.
“Yes unfortunately he’s my uncle.” Nanba said. “How in the world?” Umeda asked. “Family always have a certain air around each other plus you have the same eyes and smile.” Setsu said smiling. “Riiight well you better get to dinner.” Nanba said. “Okay see ya tomorrow.” Setsu said. “Boy and I thought no one could get girlier than Mizuki.” Nanba said. Setsu got back to the room and managed to drag the sleeping Kyo out of bed and to dinner. They sat with Sano and Mizuki’s group. “So what’s going on with everyone?” Nakatsu asked. “Track.” Sano and Mizuki said. “I tried out for the play.” Setsu said happily. “And you Kyo?” Mizuki asked. She ignored him as she supped her udon. “She tried out for the Kendo team.” Setsu answered for her. “Really? I heard that’s a hard team to get on to.” Mizuki said. “I don’t see why I kick their butts.” Kyo said. Everyone was shocked she talked. Setsu usually talked for the both of them, which everyone had gotten use to.
“So you’re a drama freak and your brother is the marital fanatic?” Nanba asked. “Actually Setsu can beat me at a lot of sport and marital moves. But with her baronial tubes got this way he had to quit 2 years ago.” Kyo said. Everyone had dragged marks or imaged wild things. Nakatsu couldn’t quite wrap his mind around the quiet nice Setsu kicking ass in some tournament. “ Oh Kyo you lair. I was in marital arts and sports but I wasn’t that good. I much better at acting.” Setsu said. “Like hell! You can hit a baseball to the damn sun.” Kyo muttered. “Wow does Kyo have any hidden talents?” Mizuki asked. “He’s a good dan…” Setsu started to say but Kyo shoved a cookie into her mouth. Setsu started to choke slightly but then realized how good the cookie was. “Hmmm delicious, what were we talking about?” Setsu asked. They all shook their head and sweat dropped.
After dinner Kyo and Setsu went back to their rooms. “If you tell anyone about my secret I swear you’ll regret it.” Kyo threatened. “You’re not very nice.” Setsu said puffing out her lip and looking upset. Kyo groaned and looked away. “I hate that look! And don’t tell anyone.” Kyo said in a nicer voice. Her one weakness her little sister happiness. “Don’t worry I won’t.” Setsu said changing into her pjs. “Stop being so happy people will think you’re girly.” Kyo said. “But I am a girl.” Setsu said buttoning the last button on her silky green shirt. “Duh but think you’re girly might lead to another things.” Kyo said. “Plllease no one will brother me. Just a week and half into the school year and everyone is already afraid of you.” Setsu said crawling into bed. “Still.” Kyo said crossing her arms. Kyo always made Setsu get at least 5 ½ hours of sleep to make sure Setsu wouldn’t get sick. Kyo knew that a slight cold could upset Setsu’s lungs. The next day went as usual, until lunch. Setsu raced towards the bulletin board until Kyo yelled at her. “I want to get they quickly so I can if I made it.” Setsu said anxiously. “Well don’t run.” Kyo said walking. Setsu started to jog. Kyo groaned from annoyance but jogged a long with her. They pushed though the crowd each checking their own announcement. Setsu jumped up and down happily. Kyo walked over and Setsu pointed it out. She had not only got a part but a leading part. “You’re pretending to be a guy and still got a girl’s part funny.” Kyo said smirking Setsu glared at her. “Well did you get on the team?” Setsu asked crossing her arms. ’Yes in fact I’m but they still have me on the freshman team.” Kyo grumbled. “Don’t worry as good as you are I’m sure you’ll be on J.V. in no time.” Setsu said as they walked up to the roof to eat.
Soon Kyo and Setsu were so busy with their clubs they barely had time to see each other. (But that didn’t stop Kyo from being over protective of Setsu ^-^)
“Okay everyone you were each chosen to be on this team for some reason or other. Now that you’re a part of the team you must learn about each other and your upper ranks. We have several visiting members from the Osaka College down the street. First, Sempei Testament Shiraki.” Captain Hiro started to say something elts but Kyo zoned, out staring at testament. She had never seen such a handsome guy, especially with long hair. She could easily tell he was half like her. She shook her head and returned to reality when she noticed everyone getting up and introducing themselves to each other. She got up and said her full name, age, and grade and that she prefer being called Kyo. Next they all went around talking to each other and socialized. Kyo just leaned against the wall not really talking to anyone expect for a few people she knew from class.
She made few new friends. Then Sempai Testament walked over. “Hey, you’re Kyo right? I heard you’re pretty good.” Testament said. 'Stay cool.' Kyo thought. “Yeah, I’m alright.” Kyo said. “Alright? I heard you wiped the floor with our team. I would like to face you some time.” Testament said. (I can’t remember how mina wanted them to meet, so this is what I came up with.) “Alright when we start having practice matches I’ll face you first.” Kyo said smirking. Testament smiled and walked away. 'He’s an interesting guy. I can’t wait to wipe the floor with him.' Kyo thought smirking as they started to warm up. She began to understand why it was a hard club to get into. The first day was just warm ups and rules but Kyo was already starting to get tired. 'Damn I need to get more excise hanging out with Setsu so much has made me weak.' Kyo thought as she finished her 2nd mile of the 3 mile run. 'After this I’m going home and sleeping.' Kyo thought.

ooh i like it so far ^^ but uhm, i have kinda a suggestion for the dialouge.

whenever u have two ppl talking, u want to do it sorta like this:
"Hey you're Kyo right? I heard you're pretty good." Testament said. 'Stay cool,' Kyo thought.
"Yeah, I'm alright." Kyo said.
"Alright? I heard you wiped the floor with our team. I would like to face you sometime."

^ it would be something like that. well actually, u would do tab to be correct. Enter then tab space, but taht's only when two ppl are talking. If the same person is talking it's fine to have it on the same space ^o^

and just for some friendly advice, maybe when ppl are thinking u would do it like this, 'Stay cool.' Kyo thought. somepin like that. that's what i do for all of my fanfics, so they work out pretty OK ^^

so uhm yea.... i hope it's ok if i said that!! ._.U if not, then i'm sorry!!! plz forgive!! ><

It's cool. I know there was some mistakes but I was being lazy and didn't want to fix it. I'm open to suggestions. It's alright. Thanks for the comments. Sorry but she is your char or did I use your real name by addicent?

Allo ^^. I loved your two original characters. They are so loveable and I wanna get to know them already! Also, there was a small part in the first part of the beginning *during the asthma attack*,

Those were the two scenes but that's it ^^. I can't be one to talk thoug haha. In my one story: A Dream Come True, I origianlly made it an insert reader fic; but for ff.net I had to change it to a 'normal' OC fic. So in some parts I have written 'her', 'she', ect, while others I still have 'you', 'your', ect. Hehe, so like I said, I shouldn't be talking ^^;

Otherwise I enjoyed reading it and can't wait to read more of it ^^.

Haha, but that's what makes her lovable...well to me anyway. Also, she is so protective of her sister and the fact she won't let anyone mess with her...for some reason I wanna glomp her Oo but then I'd be killed by her haha.
