Alot of ppl seem to think this is similar to GTO at first because of the storyline...but once you watch it, you'll notice that there are alot of differences between this and GTO! The only similarity with this & GTO is that both revolve around the same concept of an extraordinary teacher who goes to great lengths to help his/her students...that's it, everything else is very different. There are other dramas out there with the same concept too, like that Dragon Zakura drama. Don't just assume this is the same as GTO just because it has the same concept...there are many differences between these 2 dramas. |

serealj 100 cr points 20 / M / Canada | Posted 28 days ago Quote It's pretty much just female gto. The teachers in the school are pretty similar. The major differences are that the students are all male, and are mostly trouble makers who don't do well in school. Where as GTO the students are more diverse, and most of them are not gangster. I have not read the manga for this, but if you have seen all the gto stuff(bad company, gto the early years, GTO, gto the anime, gto the drama) and you still are looking for more content similar in humor and style, there is a good chance you will like this series. I think the targeted age for Gokusen is lower than GTO though judging by the situations and cheesy music that plays at the end when everything works out: “ I say, feel your breeze Anytime, anywhere in my heart Feel your breeze Never stop walking now oh ” |
