No. It should remain illegal.
I do not want to see people smoking marijuana everywhere in public places like they do with cigarettes... and even smoking them near their children. These substances might not do a lot of damage to adults, but they are lethal to children's brain development. |

People are not supposed to smoke in sheltered places on train stations... but I don't see any smokers walking out to the open spaces. They smoke everywhere all along the station. And the security officers don't do anything except standing idly looking at nothing. |
