it seems that Thobari is most conflicted inside. because in some episodes it showed some flash backs of when he tried saving miharu when miharu's parents died .... thobari still cant face miharu about it and havent confessed yet. also i think he still has issues of moving on from that past as well ( my idea is basedon episodes 1-12 that i watched so far.. maybe in later episodes he reveals all his secrets and get a move on lol )

Miharu, hands down.
Save his emo boyfriend out of his own desire, or grant his wish because his boyfriend desires it most? Either way, one person will end up unhappy, so it's a tough choice to make.
Another candidate I think would be Yukimi. He's really loyal to Kairoushuu because Hattori saved him and his sister, but he also cares a lot about Yoite. Whichever side he chooses, he'd be betraying the other. Although we already know which side he chose. =P
