Lavi was pissed, she could say it was his fault, she could have screamed at him about how wrong it was, although Lavi suspected that she was just jealous, but even though he was constantly scolded about this, he had never cared much because it was true, he flirted it was part of his charming personality.
But what had happened back there was a lie.
And he was going to apologize to this Liar? Heck no!
He stomped over to Tyki’s table where the man was drinking his red wine peacefully enjoying the dim light glowing from the candle in the center of the table.
“You damn LIAR!” Lavi exclaimed Tyki looked up at him calmly.
“Yes I know, I’m sorry Lavi it was necessary”
That stopped Lavi in his tracks.
“What?”
Tyki smiled at him “it seems that lovely girl was the only way I could get you to stay here”
Lavi stared at him “you got me in trouble and I almost lost my job! Do you think this is a joke!?”
Tyki shook his head “take a seat Lavi”
Lavi glared at him “no! I was sent here to apologize but I refuse!”
Tyki gave him a hard look “Lavi, sit down”
Lavi glared at him “how the hell did you learn my name?!”
Suddenly it seemed completely freak-out worthy “don’t tell me that skank told you my name!”
Tyki smirked “she put her pretty hands on that thin waist and pouted at me saying in a cute tone ‘oh darn that Lavi’ now will you please sit down?”
Lavi glared at him “why don’t you ask her to come back I’m sure she’d service you better!”
He turned on his heel to stomp out of the room but the back of his apron was grabbed and he was tugged back and in a mere second after all that bickering he was seated.
But you see that was not the real problem, he was seated in a very peculiar space.
His bottom was cradled between Tyki’s strong legs.
“Eh...” Lavi breathe as oxygen left his lungs, Tyki moved them both into a more comfortable position, he rested his chin on Lavi’s should reached under his arms to take a spoon from one of the bowls.
Then with a scoop of custard on the cold metal he took it to Lavi’s lips.
“Say ahh...”

The restaurant had once been a beautiful place for Allen Walker, but now as thunder rumbled through the sky outside and the rain fell, harder and harder hitting the window. And wind rustling through the curtains as the clock hit 11:23 at night.
This place seemed so dark and dreary; he folded his hands together to stop the trembling in his hands.
He bowed in deep apology “sir Yuu I apologize for my previous behaviour”
He just had to put on a strong face and pull through until the bastard finally left, he wasn’t about to start another fight he didn’t have the strength to go another round.
Kanda had his soup; Lenalee had probably gotten it from him.
He stared at Allen carefully; there it was again, that strange look, those deep blue eyes were watching him carefully.
He walked to stand beside Kanda’s chair and await another order.
The aristocrat ate silently, but once or twice he would stop and stare at Allen.
Allen didn’t look back he just let his thoughts drift along lines of suicide.
His life was over, Lenalee hated him now she thought he was a lecher and a disgusting creature, and he probably was, he wasn’t worthy of her, and he never would be.
He held a sob as pain shot through him, his heart was still beating but he wished it would just stop.
He sighed when he saw Kanda staring at him again, that cruel man, he smirked and offered him a glass of wine.
“Sit down beansprout before you fall down”
Allen stiffened his cold glare returning to his eyes as he smiled politely and shook his head.
“No sir that would be impolite”
“I said sit down”
“No thank you sir”
“Sit the fuck down beansprout”
“I’m sorry sir I can’t-“
SIT DOWN!”
“NO!” Allen cried, he stared at Kanda for a moment as the older man stared at him carefully “what you’re going to have me apologize again!?” Allen hissed, he stepped away from the table and ran out of the restaurant.
Kanda stood up and went after him.

Lavi saw his friend breakdown and run out of the restaurant and he jerked off of Tyki’s lap and strode towards the door, Tyki stalked after him, “ah -ah Lavi”
Lavi wrenched his hand out of his grasp “let me go!” he said.
Tyki frowned “Kanda already went after him”
Lavi glared at him “so? Is that supposed to help any? Allen’s my friend and I’m going after him!”
Tyki took hold of Lavi’s arm and didn’t let go, he dragged the boy from the restaurant.
Nobody saw them leave.

Allen was completely conscious that he’d not only yelled again but ran away too, oh so now his pride was fucked up too, running away from his enemy, but he didn’t really care about pride or anything else for that matter, he just wanted to die, his life wasn’t worth anything if one single dirty lie could ruin it.
He ran down the wet and dark streets of this small French town.
He finally couldn’t run anymore, his heart was still pounding, why? Why?
“WHY!?” he cried out, why couldn’t she have seen through that dirty lie? Why wouldn’t she let him clear his name? Why didn’t she help him instead of driving him away like that?
Her words had been like a stake through his heart, and blood was filling his body as it poured form that single wound and he just wished it would kill him.
He was such a wretch for desiring love so much that when the time came it was the thing that destroyed him.
Part of him was hurting because he had loved her so much, but another part, the part that was bleeding out and screaming wanted her to die, it hated her so much.
It was winning; he couldn’t help it as he sank down onto the wet sidewalk.
His uniform was soaked, his hair was sticking to his face and he was sure that if anyone saw him right now they wouldn’t be able to discern the tears from rain water.
He hugged his legs and burying his face in his knees as sobs rocked through his body.
The pain was too great to bear, and like the thunder and lightning rumbling and screaming through the sky his anger grew and he wished to lash out at something, anything.
Suddenly two warm hands touched his shoulder; he jerked his head up and met the dark, cold cerulean eyes of the man who had ruined his life.

Tyki and Lavi came through the curb and quickly hid in a narrow alleyway so the tow others couldn’t see them.
Lavi quickly accommodated himself against the wall to watch Kanda, who was knelt before Allen.
“Is Allen crying?” Lavi whispered, he longed to comfort his friend but Tyki wouldn’t let him.
He could only watch from the shadows but no matter what happened he would run out there into the wind and rain for his friend.
He felt Tyki’s hands on his shoulders, the grip wasn’t too tight but more like a warning that he wouldn’t allow Lavi to run out there just yet.
He felt the other’s breath warm his ear. “Give them time Lavi” he whispered his body moving closer, Lavi shuddered as Tyki’s soaked chest pressed against his back his thigh caressing his behind.
“Let’s watch and see how this turns out”
Lavi barely nodded as he felt warm lips caress the outer edge of his tongue and travel down the side of his neck.

Allen stared into those eyes, no, this couldn’t be, this was not the man who had lied to Lenalee and caused such unyielding pain, that man’s eyes were cold with dislike and cold, cold annoyance.
But these eyes right now were like deep blue moonlit pools of water.
They were warm with feeling, the lips were moving but Allen couldn’t discern the words that escaped them, the rain, the wind, the thunder and lightning he couldn’t hear him speak.
“What?” he whispered in his small voice hoping it wasn’t drowned out by the rain.
The man, Kanda, leaned over his hot breath drifting over Allen’s ear, like that moment in the restaurant.
“I don’t know what happened” Kanda whispered, another breath and it sent shivers tingling all over Allen’s skin.
“But it’s probably my fault”
Allen shivered against this person as he moved, Kanda helped him stand, Allen’s legs were still trembling, but Kanda was here holding him still, making sure he wasn’t going to fall.
Allen got another glimpse of those eyes before the older man leaned forwards to speak in his ear again.
“If it is, tell me what I did”
Allen lifted is trembling hand as the rain on his skin froze, as if trying to get cold enough to stop his movement.
But he moved his small hand touched Kanda’s shoulder and he moved close to speak in his ear.
“y-you lied to...you lied to her” came that soft whisper, and lightning flashed through the sky, a gust of wind hit them hard and Kanda held on to Allen tightly as he pressed him against the wall of the flower shop they were next to.
He leaned forwards and said something in Allen’s ears but then another aggressive shriek of lightning ripped through the midnight sky along with a rumble of thunder.
Allen couldn’t hear again, only the beat of his heart, it wasn’t going so fast and he felt numb.
But there was another beat, it went thump, thump, thump, against his chest as he breathed and he saw it was Kanda.
Kanda was that close to him, close enough to feel his heart beat.
Allen cupped the sides of Kanda’s head and pushed him back a little to look into his eyes.
That mouth was moving again but he couldn’t hear it, he saw something that resembled pain in those gorgeous blue eyes, those neatly cut black bangs stuck to Kanda’s pale wet forehead.
His cheeks were slightly flushed, Allen could only stare.
Who was this beautiful person in front of him?
What was he saying; he moved forwards to see if he could hear it.
And the wind around them halted, the rain fell silent and the clouds grew still, the screams and howls of lighting and thunder ceased for a moment and those words left Kanda’s mouth again.
“I’m sorry”
Allen’s eyes widened a bit as the world came back into play.
The rain fell on them both passing easily through coats and vests and hair and pouring down their cheeks and faces.
But those words came over and over again from those pleading lips and Allen wondered for a second if he could taste them on his lips.
Leaning forwards he pressed his lips shyly to Kanda’s.
The other froze, his eyes wide and Allen’s eyes froze, with their lips still sealed and moved his lips and breathed into that mouth.
“Its okay” he said “I forgive you”
Kanda’s hands reached into his hair and he pressed closer still Allen’s words tasting like the sweetest honey on his tongue.

The night ended slowly, Allen and Kanda kissed until the last drop of rain fell.
Tyki took Lavi for a carriage ride which he swore was to convince Lavi of his extremely HONORABLE intentions.
And the next morning at Katalina’s business was as good as usual; Yuu and Tyki eventually paid their bill.
Bak continued his trek for Lenalee’s heart and Allen couldn’t help but want the man to know that it wasn’t worth it, but who knows; maybe it was love, true love.
Like his and Kanda’s.
Allen had finished taking and order from a lovely young rich woman who seemed to like him.
He never once rose to meet her bait but remained completely neutral.
Lenalee stopped smiling back at him and only spoke to him when it came to work.
Lavi was probably in the back room making out with Tyki, the aristocrat must think that doing such things in hiding had some kind of thrill.
Suddenly Rhode bound into the hallway running towards Allen with a gleeful smile, she wrapped her arms around his waist and he picked her up and swirled her around in one circle.
Rhode smiled at him “why so cheery Allen?”
Allen smiled and gave her a gentle kiss on the forehead.
The young girl blushed “oh...Allen you have a visitor out in the back!”
Allen’s heart began to beat in a quick pace.
“Who is it?” he asked
Rhode gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and motioned to the end of the hall.
In the back, back, back room stood Kanda; Lenalee was next to him probably asking why he wanted to speak to Allen.
Allen stood frozen for a moment as those sapphire eyes stilled, he knew, and he was watching him, Allen ruffled Rhode’s hair and walked passed her, his heart still beating a mile a minute.
He smiled at the smirk Kanda wore and he dashed down the hallway towards him, dodging the other waiters and waitresses in their tiny skirts.
And rushing through the open door he ran to Kanda and was caught in his embrace, their lips meeting almost immediately.
Never mind that Lenalee was in the same room or anyone else what mattered was Kanda was here, right now and that he loved Allen.
It set his heart soaring, Soaring high into the sky.
Because this was Katalina’s, ’where the rich eat’
Or it could be changed perhaps to ‘where one can find love.’
