what would happen when they use jutsu and stuff.... ??? what would it be the special effect it wont same as the anime... it will make boring ...they will cut it in short and the special effect also will be cut during jutsu or etc...

No and Hell No!!!!
It will kill the spirit of the anime and Manga, as if is not bad enough that Fan fictictions exists in AU versions.
Some Manga and anime do well doing Live action like HYD and Gokusen because it doesn't need fantastic attacks that require special effects but like Sailor Moon Live it sucked.
I also like musicals but Brodway ones, anime musical just kill my brain cells and as Itachi- Kun would say:
It is too weak to do a live action that it total lacks respect for the animators.

Now in Spanish ( Those who don't understand is the same what I previusly said :
No chinguen Pendejos como que Live action? Guacala. Una cosa hagan la version drama como Gokusen y hasta el de no me lo digas con flores y hasta la perdono por el Goong pero por que no se necesitan efectos especiales que hasta da a entender que hasta mi carnal de 13 anios puede hacerlos.
Me parece una falta de respecto tan grave para los que hacen las animaciones ( Dibujistas, Guionistas, Actores de Voz, sonidos de efectos especiales, coloristas, etc.)
