A.

B.

C.

If I understand it correctly.. Chinese are Hans.. Qipao and Tangzhuang came from the Qi tribe which is from Manchuria. They are theoretically not Chinese.. If you get what I mean.. That's why I'm confused....

Ok.. background info..
A is called Han fu
B is called Tang Zhuang
C is called Qi Pao

oh.. and the vietnamese wear ao dais

I'm chinese, but I'm not sure...I think it's C too...

Yea it's called the Qipao but the picture you have given isn't technically accurate because the Qipao varies with each of the dynasties. The one you have shown (C) is a more modern version.
Compare it with the dress of the "Qian Long" era.

*EDIT: Oooh you gave the photos as an option.
Well like I said the Qipao varies so you can't really just give one photo and say that's what the Qipao is. There's all these different ones with different accessories and different ways of how you wear them.

I only know this because I went through a phase of obsession over the Qipao. I used to own several of them ^^

Say it so that it's like "Chi pau"
That's the simplest I can describe it so that it actually sounds like the actual thing ^^

C, I guess. I'm not so familiar with these things, but C is the only answer which I think is correct...
Damn, I've always wanted that dress... when I was younger I thought that it was a kimono, silly me
