I watched H2O: Footprints In The Sand and also Ef: A Tale of Memories. Both were VERY emotionally intense for me. I loved them so much, I could not help but watch again.

I don't think there's any anime that I've watched from beginning to end 3+ times... there have been certain episodes though like in Hikaru no Go, Claymore, Rurouni Kenshin, Monster Rancher, etc. that I've seen like several times though.
