I generally do not watch a show more than twice as I simply do not have the time for it. Back in the early days of fandom, I would watch stuff several times since not many titles were available back then. The only titles in the past few years that I have watched more than twice are Accel World (first during the simulcast period, then on Neon Alley, and now on BD and will finish my third viewing once the BD comes out), Utawarerumono (watched it twice while renting the DVDs and watched it again after getting them through a grab bag at a con), and Chrono Crusade. The only other shows that I have watched three or more times are Evangelion, Ranma 1/2 (first four seasons), Saber Marionette J (only that season, J Again was watched twice and J to X only once), Slayers (first three seasons), Love Hina, Outlaw Star, Trigun, and Cowboy Bebop.

I usually don't watch full anime episodes multiple times, let alone full series. I mean, I can understand scenes, and maybe some episodes (such as Clannad After Story 18, which is still the zenith of anime series for me), but I can't do full series...

... well, save for one exception. If it's part of my job, I'll have to watch the series as many times as they would have me watch them. I worked for NIS America as an on-off Anime QA, and part of my job was to watch a series several times to make sure there weren't any glitches before they were brought to market.

I don't think I'm free to disclose which series I watched multiple times, but given the relatively small library of titles NIS has, you can make a reasonable guess.

I've watched several anime series twice through, but the one series that I know that I've watched through three or more times is the original Fullmetal Alchemist series. Re-watching through it again now too actually. That and the first FMA movie.

I'll rewatch pretty much any series I like every 2 or 3 years once I've forgotten the details. Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, FMA:B, etc. etc.

On the other hand, something like YuruYuri I can watch on repeat because it's light and fun. Plus, since I'm reading subtitles, I'm able to catch a new bit of funny/ridiculous animation on each viewing.
