When will they end?
It's been a while again since we've seen an episode progressing the plot. I don't read the manga and I have no intention of doing so. For me, it'd be a huge consumption of time to watch and anime and read its manga. Only if the stories are different, I may consider it. Anyway, I heard that the manga is a full year ahead of the anime. Isn't that a little too far, the can always make fillers a little later. At leas complete another story arc!
Who agrees? Any ideas on when the torture will end?

Well my good friend, you MUST read the manga to conclude wheter or not its a year ahead of the anime time. (Which isnt at all).

You. Are. MISSING. OUT. There are GREAT differences when it comes to manga and the anime. Not the plot of course but...aack! Its easier to explain if you actually read the manga.

Fillers are like a must for most Shonen Jump series; doesn't Dragon Ball Z have like a tons of fillers? Plus, sometimes the fillers show us some characters totally OOC (out of character; especially Sasuke).

well I just stopped watching it and skipped to the shippuden episodes yes there are still fillers and yes you now need to read subs but at least its not dragging on forever with no sight of an end ... XD
I know you said you don't wanna read the manga but I highly recommend it, there are no filler arks and its well just better!!!

There's no meaning point of fillers because they're not linked to the story line, but i'll still watch them though

I'm one of the few who like the fillers... I think it give great insight into the characters... Makes them more real, then just a bunch of ninja's throwing their moves around...
No idea when it'll end, but it's been one heck of a ride so far |

but reading the manga gives me headache...
so i gotta stick to the anime and wait 'til it follows the manga again |

Some of the fillers are intersting, but the rest just makes me want to fall asleep haha... i just want to get to the action already also

the thing with fillers that make people bord or hate them coz we know that they don't relate to the main story and hence don't affect it so they don't have any point except pasing time!!!
but still I don't hate them that much coz will I read the manga so I'm updated !!!!
