Some fillers are alright but there are a lot of kind of boring ones too. It can get annoying knowing that what's happening has zero affect on the story but mostly, it's annoying if you read the manga in a series and you know something really cool is about to happen in the anime but then bang, there's a long filler that appears. Leaving you just waiting to see that cool scene lol. Like in Bleach, everyone wants to see the Ulquiorra/Ichigo fight but instead we're watching a long filler. But at least I'll say in my opinion, this filler arc is actually good so I'm not as angry as I normally am (thinks about amagi arc ahhhhhhhh).

With Naruto, I think it's from episode 136-220 (Last like 10 min of 220 you should watch) that are filler. You can pretty much skip all that and go right to Shippuden. And Shippuden is awesom so I'd say skip it lol. I also suggest reading the manga to those that don't. A manga chapter>>filler episode.

If there were no fillers, the anime will catch up w/ the manga too fast, then they won't show the anime for another month. Get it. So endure.

The only thing that pisses me off is when the fillers are inserted in a crucial part of the main plot
