Beilieve it or not, I like him because he's really nice. Sure, instead of patting your shoulder he kicks you in the ass, but he has real love for his teamates. To go as far as america to clear Kurita's name, now that's a friens.

Though he's devilish looks and hellish actions hide that fact. He'll be your friend but DON'T be HIS friend or he'll kick your ass. >:)
