im an ichime fan but i really dont care about pairing wars.
for the most part, pairing wars are an excuse for people to explode their heads at each other by forcing their opinions on to other people and putting down those who disagree. besides, KT had made it clear in an interview that he doesnt want bleach to turn into a love story, because he wants the fans to focus on the other aspects of the characters

I care about opinions in the fandom about shipping, and I am very much a shipper. I will argue for IchiRuki vs. other Ichigo or Rukia pairings, as I have a lot of confidence in it, but I won't insult people or bash unintelligently.

Pairing wars are ridiculous. Like srsly, I wouldn't want to make so much fuss over just some fictional stuffs. Bleach is a non-romance Anime, so what's the point?

Pairing wars are so, well, juvenile. Now looking at the MANGA & determining what's possible, likely or ridiculous, well, THATs just fun....
For instance, lots of evidence that despite the possibilities of Ichigo ending up w/Rukia, its more likely that the pairings are Ichigo Orihime, Renji Rukia. But only POSSIBLITIES. Kubo has said over & over that he's not writing romance, there will be nothing but hints.
& isn't Ichigo still only about 17? even after the time jump? hardly settling down time.
Hard core pairing would be Rangiko & Gin of course. Plus the married couples. & it is fun to speculate on a mature interesting relationship between Uruhara & Yoruichi...
& I've got no feelings about any of this except what seems to go along with the manga - which is why I laugh so much over the shippers - because its so obvious that what is actually presented has very little to do with what they want to happen...
