[Locked until further notice] Membership Cards Here

Once more, DHFC has been down this summer due to my personal reasons. And once again, I ask for the members who posted here for forgiveness on holding your requests for far too long. ):
To make it up to everyone, I've made new cards and hopefully ones that everyone will like (:
In addition to this progress, requests will be done by PRIVATE MESSAGE.
Yes, you'll no longer need to post in this thread but just have to PM me, clappite191919.
It'd be much easier for me to know if there are requests coming and if there are none.
However, the only time you need to post in the forum is when I give out a -written poll-.

Old rules apply:
** REQUIREMENT FOR A NAME AND USERNAME
** CAN REQUEST FOR MORE THAN ONE CARD
** CHOOSE CARDS ACCORDING TO ORDER FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
(e.g., photo 1, photo 2... etc.)
Additional Suggestion+Rules:
**IMPROVISION OF A CERTAIN CARD ALLOWED
(e.g., a request to remove certain colors/effect on a card)

- For other services that acquire membership cards:-
I noticed that you guys also wanted your own types of membership.
To respect your wishes this will be an alternative option for the members:

Submit your name, username, image of choice, text (to be placed on the image/card) and effects.

All of these are optional if you wish to customize your own cards. (:

Er... Due to some personal activities our vice, yofaknaokz, will not be able to make the membership cards for the time being. If you still want your membership cards, please continue to post your information but now following a different form. And we will also have to cut back for now the animations... I hope this is OK with everyone.

P.s., when we are able to change the layout for the card, you can always request again! :)
