Assassination: take out a certain person, group, or mafia.
Delivery: where you have to deliver packages and other items.
Bounty: where you have to kill someone with a bounty.
Rescue: saving or retrieving a package or target.

Objective: get the packages to the Triad and make sure the package isn't stolen
