This has been getting out my head a while now. I know SE7EN and Rain have both debuted in America, and i have to say SE7EN's 'them girls' was hot! I liked that song... really nice.

Wonder Girls, I think should debut. My dad doesn't like Korean stuff, but he's a wonderful!! He loves listening to their songs and he even said "This wondergirls are soo good!". My cousin also likes Wonder Girls. She heard "So Hot" and started liking them. She saw "Tell Me" and started listening to that song.

Also... Big Bang!! One of my friend, which is just 7, (I make friends with anyone) well back to the point, she likes Big Bang's 'Last Farewell' and liked Korea. I told her "Where do you wanna go??" She said it starts with a C. Me and my sister were like "China" she said no, then we said Korea. and she nodded. So i'm happy she likes Korean stuff, that was my goal!!

I have to say SHINee, because my cousin likes them too. She even kinda thinks they're hot, and she doesn't think Asian people are hot.

Who do you think should debut in the U.S.??

Big Bang!! :3

I'd probably say Utada Hikaru, Yuna Ito, and Big Bang.
They're all fluent in English. lol
And plus, they all can actually sing. ^^

Epik High - Tablo already speaks perfect english & their music is serious love.

i dont know about big bang, dbsk, SJ or boybands at that xD as much as i want them to, the would be ridiculed here. boybands are long gone in the US.

No boybands in the US anymore people. Unfortunately they will just be ridiculed now. Utada Hikaru is really the only I can think off that has the goods but she already tried unsuccessfully

Wang Leehom
He actually writes his own songs...and he knows english.

Jane Zhang
Again, good English. Her voice is also very beautiful, and many people have praised her. (Mariah Carey's teacher taught her for a while)

definitely BIG BANG , se7en !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but as u c that the boy bands phase is gone in the US , so even if they do come there , they will not b able to be successful so easily like how they do in korea
even though i think many korean artists r much more talented than those overrated in america but fact is a fact , they won't b able to make it big , not yet now

You are so correct. However,Utada didn't do well because of her label's lack of promotion. Hopefully, it will go well this year. And I think Crystal Kay can do well since she already has the R&B style, she has a look that's familiar to Americans, and she speaks English fluently. She's pretty much American, actually.

crystal kay has been around for a while. in the states the only people widely familiar with her are mostly filipino dancers. they know her song kirikuna(i probably got the spelling wrong)
breaking into the us music is hard even for americans

Can I be really biased and say Kim Kyung Ho? The west needs a rehash of 'real' rock for a change! ^_^

She hasn't debuted in the US. And it's different for Americans who want to debut. Asian artists that want to make the transition already have a label backing them, so it's much easier.

I doubt it... I think the only way for a foreigner to be successful in the US is to beat the prejudice with real talent...
boybands, by nature, aren't talents that will wow people with their talent, but only their beat (which are not generally composed by them) and their looks.
And honestly, do we really want the boybands to represent the music industry of Asia? There are better choices...

I also vote Wang Leehom At least if he earns his money, he'll spend it on something good. And plus, he got real talent.
All the money of boybands probably goes to their company...
