Sarcasm, offensive remarks like: "just fucking stop drinking milk..." are strictly banned!!!!!

ok, just to get that over with...

i like to drink milk a lot, and i usually drink milk instead of water, but i'm lactose intolerant and i can get away with a gurgling stomach in the summer at home, but school is starting and it will be very embarrassing in a silent classroom...

milk for lactose intolerant people is twice the price and i don't want to try that...

can any lactose intolerant milk-drinkers give me some advice? i heard that heating it up sometimes works... i need to try that yet...

You know if drinking it at school it such a problem then don't drink milk during school hours. Wait until you get home >.>

^_^ Yep and a gallon of milk will only last a couple days in my house lol

I tried looking some stuff on the internet that you could do to bypass your lactose intolerances but couldn't find anything :\

haha learnt about this in science class.
lactose intolerant people do not produce lactase (enzymes that work on lactose) in their small intestine
-swallow a drop of lactase.
take lactase enzyme supplement before drinking milk.
it can be in a tablet or liquid form.
go to the pharmacy [:

I used to drink a lot of milk. I didn't realize I was that lactose intolerant until later years so I drink boy normal milk and soy. Go take some of the lactase tablets to help out. Otherwise if you are lazy like me, drink less before going to school and chug the rest at home. I get home late so I watch the times when I guzzle down the milk.
