uhhh in my girl indigestion is cured by poking the finger with a needle ? lolol

that, i think, is acupuncture..

no, I don't think that's acupuncture...
acupuncture requires poking specifc acupoints done by professionls.
In my girl, wasn't it just a blood-letting thing?

I learned that in China, the "chinese valentine" thing has just came back and now people actually celebrated the seventh day of the seventh month when the fairy and the ox herder meets across the milky way... it wasn't there 8 years ago...

im quite curious about this too.

i thought it's also called a korean acupuncture:

Korean acupuncture (...AK-yoo-PUNK-cher)
A type of acupuncture based on a form of Oriental medicine in which treatment is based on a person’s constitution. According to this type of medicine, the constitution is the specific way a person’s organs affect health and how he or she looks, thinks, behaves, and responds to treatment. Also called constitutional acupuncture.

until i was able to read this blog:
http://kimchimamas.typepad.com/kimchi_mamas/2007/03/sick_find_yours.html

they call the procedure as ddah hmmm

I think I've noticed the respect they have for their parents in regards to marriage. They won't marry if the parents aren't in agreement. Also if someone in let's say the guy's family did something or were involved with someone from the girl's family its common knowledge that they can't be together. Even when its an accident or of no fault of anyone's. This truly pissed me off in Snow Queen.

I really like this - saw it in Taiwanese and Japanese dramas. At the end of high school, the guys give their 2nd shirt buttons to the girls they like as it signifies the button closest to their heart - aww ... so sweet!!!

From one Ancient Chinese drama, I learned about foot-binding, and wow, it looked mighty painful. I wish I could remember what drama it was, I abandoned it after a few episodes.

why do the girls hit the guys like it's nothing
teachers are alowed to hit their students
parents like to meet their kids date and cook for them ( i think it's really sweet)
people fall in love really quick like love at first sigh
in japanese drama's they are always running
what's with the hard boiled egg i have only seen that in an asian drama
the lead girl in a drama is almost always an innocent character and really honest and the lead guy likes to bully her
and even i they live in the same house they don't kiss and are always fighting
they ony kiss like twice during the whole thing
