Dusk Maiden of Amnesia- Really great
Anohana- Alot of feels throughout the show,but that ending almost had me crying in front of my friend 
Katawa Shoujo- Know it's not an anime, but those feels when you get a good ending.........

I think everyone can agree on Clannad and the After story. I just watched it again for the second time, and Still cried manly tears at the last 6 Episodes.

For me, Air. I watched it when I was, like, 14 but I'm not sure. All I really remember is that this was the one and only time I cried in front of somebody...(given that my mom and dad are honest when they say I was the most quiet and emotionless baby ever....)
