Gorilla-san for me, he's just so sad it's funny, fails to control the Shinsengumi at all time, misunderstands pretty much everything, stalks Otae constantly and shits his pants(even madao only managed to piss his :D), and without Kondo we would never have seen the anti-stalker satellite system xD.
