Chibiusa and Helios seem like a more mature couple that Usahi and Mamoru (this mostly cause of Usagi). I adore Rei and Yuichiro (he's just too funny and I loved watching their relationship evolve). Haruka and Michiru are by far the most down to earth couple (and yeah, they're not cousins!) but my favorite couple I must say is Amy and Taiki...wish there was more in the anime there (though in the manga the Star Lights were transvestite girls as far as I understood).
