this 6 member boy band known as Smash, from TN Entertainment is supposedly "extremely talented."

The 6 members, Sae Gae, Chun Woo, Han Bang, Jerry, Hiro and Naruro are not only pretty boys and dancers but also composers and lyricists. Or so the press release states.

Smash will debut on Mnet M Countdown on the 14th (later today in Korea) and their first mini-album and MV will be released on the 19th.

Will these 6 rookies Smash the competition or make us want to Smash our speakers? What do you all think?

r u effing kidding me. to many boybands r debuting this year. i love boy bands but i think this is too much n might bring boy bands out of "style" sooner

i'm not surprised. the only thing that surprised me was that it was from TN entertainment (tony an's entertainment, a former H.O.T. member).
but, who knows what will happen.
A'ST1 and BATTLE aren't all that huge, i dunno about SMASH.

i gotta say for tony's first this isn't bad at all.

i actually find them quite attractive when they're playing the rain.. darm~ they just look extra hot in the rain. lmao.

yep 2 many boybands, i hope the trend will blow out soon cause i want 2 expect more from the korean music industry. its a sad thing if forming an actual band who play on actual instruments the music they hope ppl will b passionate about cause they wrote and composed it themselves goes out of style... but im not dissing boybands or anything but just saying u need a ballance of both and have some variety. dont hate when i say that smash seems like 1 of those boybands that would go absolutely nowhere w/o their extremly HOT looks due 2 mediocre vocals and dancing skills. even though many boybands a primaraly centered on their image, most ive seen have an incredable amount of tallent and im just not seeing that in them. but who knows, mabye they will end up surprising us?

OMG this is insane. its like a competition with all these entertainment companies one releases a new boy band the next week the other companies releases one but tries to improve the skills and abilities of their performers. They are really in competition with eachother trying to produce the best boy band in korea which is literally getting out of hand.
Recently there has been the release of the new boy band SHINee then A'ST1 and 2am and 2pm and now this band, like dudeee how are they possibly wanting popularity when everyone cant remember every band members name this is really ridiculous.
ALSO whats with the new bands these days, they are like exactly the same as eachother ; consisting of 5 or more members,
their styles are all the same with the rebel but yet innocent look. all the bands are completely the same nothing new about them. why cant they produce new bands with actual new and more skills besides b-boying and singing ! like something we havent seen before. coz its getting boring seeing the same thing over and over again.

HOWEVER; i can positively say that seeing new boy bands gives me the impression that south korea produces good looking fellas they are breeding more and more good looking people into this world. amen to that . thats probably the only reason why im liking these new bands, coz they are in my age group, they are young and good looking so who cant fall in love with them ?

Why are there so many new korean boy groups this year. Not that I don't like it, I'm totally loving this...
What's more is that most of the groups have like 5 to 6 people. The latest few are like AST1, Shinee and i think there are quite a lot more.

OMG More, it means more of my money wasted buying their singles and ablums. I hope it a good boy band. They so hot xDDD I like them <33 mv was great.
