No I mean even though Naoki is the smartest and hottest guy I wouldnt date him. I dont think I could be with a guy who made me feel like i was lower than him. If we were really lovers or whatever you want to call it we should be equal in our eyes he shouldnt think that im less inteligent than him and vise versa.

I think I would fall for him too because of the coldness and possessiveness. It's somewhat cute and really interesting. And to top it all he's also smart and very good-looking so why not? But I know for sure I wouldn't be as devoted as Kotoko because I hate it when guys treat me like crap. But isn't being devoted one of the reasons Irie-kun fall in love with Kotoko? Although with their situation right now in ep. 18 with him not being rational and not communicating with her I think Kotoko should teach him some lesson. Can't wait for the episode 19!!!

Well, yeah! i do love him because of his coldness. But, i won't chase after him for more than 4 years (HELL, NO!) like Kotoko did. He's not totally cold, i guess. Actually, he really care to a girl that he love, secretly ; ). So, she wouldn't notice. He's just a bit awkward & won't doing something exaggerately.
I fall in love with the same character like him. He's just like Aoshi Shinomori, Shessomaru, Kyo (Samurai Deeper & Futaba) & Inuyasha. |

Without having Kotoko's patience and drive, I would've just given up without realizing Irie's good qualities. Kotoko stuck it out for yeeears before finally landing her man, while finding that Irie is more then just the ice king... that takes dedication which is pretty rare
In real life, I've kind of encountered that >_> ... he wasn't very talkative but cute and pretty sweet sometimes however I got SO bored and fed up with nothing to talk about >.< It's hard to really connect with someone who's unwilling or has difficulty to express themselves in some way. I would give up on Irie pretty quickly, I would get so bored, so fast, I just wouldn't have the time and patience to dig out his good qualities :P

Nah i wouldnt fall in love with him..(well im not interested in love yet anyways, im still a kid) Plus just because hes jealous he acts mean!? really if i was Kotoko i would let someone snag me away and run away from naoki ! (and im not even interested in smart people..cuz u noe im dumb)
