Any super car going at 200 mph will burn their entire tank within 20 minutes or so, often times less. They also get similar crap road efficiency, unless you're talking about the Lotus Elise.
Most efficient cars depends on where you are, their regulations, and whether you're driving diesel. If you're a crazy life risking hypermiler you could conceivably get 100 miles to the gallon.
Smart cars don't actually get particularly good mileage considering their size and weight. A Toyota Prius running on pure gasoline as opposed to a blend could probably get better miles to the gallon than a Smart.

Is this an Actual Question, you can google this type of info.... MPG? Speed? Type of Engine? Size of Engine? Computer Diagnostics? Driver style? Use of AC? all these things matter, Fuel Efficiency? not even a good gauge, if you had two super cars one with 10 mpg and the other 15 mpg but drive the 15 mpg car with a lead foot and the the 10 mpg like a granny. the 15 mpg car probably eat more gas...

Smart car is a piece of shit.
it's got 'okay' mpg,
at 30mph the whole car is destroyed in a collision and even does a 360 turn in mid air for about a 20-ft long jump (actual vid from IIHS tests)
oh, and not to mention they run on 91 octane.
Overpriced pieces of crap that is nothing more than something more befitting of the Dodge Magnum chassis: A MOBILE COFFIN.
