I would definitely say Leo from Beast Master. He's this cute, killing eighteen year old kid from an isolated island. He once almost killed a leopard and he's the heir to so much money. Plus the way he's drawn is amazing! How is that not the best character design?

Square Enix has to count. I mean, Soul Eater?! The character designs are way awesome. In fact, it's almost the only thing I can think of when I watch the anime. Everything is great -- their looks, their costumes, their powers, their weapons, and their personalities.








I'm also a sucker for all of Hayao Miyazaki's characters. They're so refreshing and sweet.
