I'm not a big fan, though it's still a shame.

WHO?

RBD is the name of a mexican pop boy/girl band with six singers 3 boys and 3 girls. Who became famous after a drama and decided to keep going even though the drama ended long ago. RBD stands for rebelde which means rebel.

Now if every other Manufactured pop group would kindly follow suit, humanity would be on the way to recovering their intergrity.

LoL.
Sorry, not that I don't (to some degree) agree with you but what your saying kind of clashes with the fact that you spelled integrity wrong...
I didn't know about them until today but I searched them up on Youtube an I think that they have a very "pop" sound... Er, if you don't get what I mean, I'll try to explain. A lot of singers/groups have pop as part of their genre but usually they have other genres blended in, like DBSK. When I was listening to RBD's "Inalcanzable", the entire song was mostly in a higher pitch and sung in unison giving off a very pop sound. However, they don't sound bad. Plus, it's always sad when a musical group of any kind breaks up.
My condolences, at least there are many other groups for you to search and listen to.

Lol, my bad on the spelling of integrity, I'm at work and fudging spelling is my forte.

Also, manufactured pop actually includes pop/rnb etc styles for a group that was put together for commercial reasons. They are merely employees of their labels group, and I've never been impressed with anything any of those groups have done. I have my reasons for not liking manufactured bands.

the break up was not really up to them because on one of the spanish gossip shows they said that it was their management that decided to break them up. and when they interviewed Anahi about the break up she had no idea what they were talking about. but i was expecting that they were going to break up one day but not now. but if you look at it, it was bound to happen because everyone has been doing side projects for about a year now and the rumors of the break up have been circling for a while. and also the thought of forming a group was there when they cast them for the novela Rebelde and they were only expected to be around as long as the novela was around but they actually became really popular and continued for more years after the novela ended. but they are releasing one more cd in feburary (i think), so i will be getting that.

It was about fucking time. Fans you DON'T know how these guys messed up my 6th Grade. You just don't...

I agree with you, but I don't think it was 6th grade for me! I hated the novela and couldn't stand their music. My sisters wer obsessed! I hate teenage novelas like that anyways. The girls were annoying and couldn't sing. Christian was the only one who could.

I don't listen to them, but quite surprised about this.
They were pretty big in the U.S. 2 years ago.
