I really want to know if you all think about whether or not Eun Chae knows that Yongee is Ilijimae by the end.



So I really want to say yes....but I'm not 100% sure. But that was what really got me curious at the end...............................and of course how Yongee's daily life would have been since almost everyone knows his identity.....well at least the king, his two mother, friends and neighbors do.

THE ANSWER IS NO.....

they did show that part. he stop her from seeing his face.....

if she knew yong was iljimae. she would have said something, (she burned her house down to get his attention) if she really knew who he was...you think you would do that?

its because he never showed her who he was. he knew that it would never work out. (she was grabbing his face, and he stopped it.....they showed him stopping her from seeing the face......)

in the end....young is with boon. too many evidence to suggest it in the last episode.

1. his sense knew young would be with boon soon so he got them shoes.

2. episode 1.....the metal passport.....(only boon soon could have made him that)

3. boon soon said he would never leave that cave until he came back. and we all know how stubborn she is.....


get over it. if eun hae knew young was iljimae....shes not the type of person who would just do nothing.

like i said....its like lois lane and superman....

eun hae loves super man. but cares for clark kent.....


she just cares for young....but she loves iljimae.

for me eun cha is not sure if iljimae is yong but i'm sure she is somewhat suspecting for the possibility

she ask about yong but not iljimae because of the humor that iljimae died, besides she may be hoping iljimae is still alive by asking how is yong doing (she suspect for the possibility after all)

uhhhh... i agree with all the othhers.. se is not hundred percent sure. but there is a feeling when she sees yong...

that's the question that's been on my head. At the end, she came back and asked about how Yong was? And not Iljimae. BUT I'm pretty sure that a lot of people know that Yong is Iljimae at the end. If Yong died at the end, then people'll see Yong in the Iljimae outfit. If Yong didn't die, then there's still lots of people who knows the true identity of Iljimae. Either way, there's a possibility that she got the news that Iljimae was Yong.

It still sounds weird for her to ask about Yong but not Iljimae.

Furthermore, Yong and Eun Chae's farewell was VERY awkward.

i agree, y didnt eun chae ask for iljimae but yong? she must know yong is iljimae...but everythings still hanging, nothings for sure

What I think..is.. she like kinda questioning it to herself. He probably kinda sees Iljimae in Yong-ee at the end, but she thinking it's impossible.

and if you remember she asked about 'that person'.... at the end.. and they asked if she was asking aobut Young-ee....

She doesn't know. Geom-ee and Iljimae are separate from Yong-ee in her eyes. He's basically trying to protect her by not showing her who he is.

I think she at least suspected that Yong was Iljimae. Their last goodbye was really awkward. He never showed her his face, though, because he knew they could never be together. Also, by the end of the drama, all Yong's friends knew he was Iljimae. When she did ask about 'that person' at the end, it seemed like the former servants assumed Eun Chae knew who he was. So for me, she figured it out, but he never confirmed it by showing her his face.

waaa but i guess she kinda figured it out coz before she left she even looked backed at him and remembered that time when she was gna see his face(but sadly she ddnt see) and when she returned,she asked of yong so yea probably she knew idk.

awww soooo love it cnt believe its over already...!!!
i hope if there will be a next season since Iljimae ddnt die, Jun Ki's still the one playing as Iljimae
