I know Miku lost some memory but it tactically didn't say she lost all memory or really say at all. She did remember that Megu was really a girl and not a boy in that one episode if you remember. So her other memory's might be true to, Just her thinking Megu was a boy and not a girl. So I'm saying that Megu just thought as herself as a boy (Or Tomboy as you may say) ever sense even though she was really a girl!

So she pretty much a poor little gender confused girl.
