so most probably the Philippines. Tagalog and English are the 2 official language in the Philippines.

yeah its good,well you might think it is. young teens speak better and know more about english than their own language. now the government made programs in school for people to patronize their own laguage again.

I wonder ... What's so great about English being the 2nd Language in Philippines...?
In Singapore .... English is our FIRST language... Our Mother Tongue is our 2nd language.

The problem rises til like some Chinese wouldn't noe how to speak Mandrain properly!
So the government has been trying means and ways to help Chinese speak Chinese. How ironic is that!!!

But then, we have more Singing Contests held in Mandrain, Malay or Tamil than English songs.....
So, base on the above posts, maybe Philippines is the Asian country that sings more English songs than us...

Philippines. when i was there, most of the karaoke places i went to, had mostly songs in English. i even heard the song "Low" in the shopping malls there xD
