well i just can't seem to know why many actors and singers in Korea or even Taiwan actors cant seem to speak properly in english once i saw my Favourite singer win an award and he just made a fool of himself by just speaking in English ....>for example the guys in Super Junior i love them to the max , their songs are nice and all but once they speak in English they turn really funny...

foreign languages tend to have a reversed sentence structure than in english..that is why it is easier for other foreigners to learn other foreign languages
also we have sounds that some people can't pronounce... for example Japanese people can't pronounce "th" and "v" and also they can't differentiate the letter "r" form the letter "l" because their "r" sound is a mixture of the letter "r" and "l"
statistics say that english is the hardest language to learn so i'm happy that i already know it

for koreans, there are some letters in english that arent in korean, and often replace those missing letters with letters that they are familiar with

for example, if they want to say 'roads' instead they say 'rose'
or if they want to say 'from' instead they say 'fulum'

my parents were born in korea, and they've lived in the US for over 20 years now and still pronounce words like this. Its much harder than you think

OF COURSE ITS HARD!
theres prefixes& suffixes [a million of each], the 'i' before 'e' rule, different alphabet letter sounds, the alphabet itself, a million different slang words, abreviations, random rules like how the 'h' in the word 'honest' is silent, different sentence structures, a certain accent, homophones, synonyms, helping verbs, verbs, punctuation, the apostraphe s's 2 different meanings, how a sentence is put together [subject, verb, object] & plus alot more!! so hey, if anyone is having trouble with english, give 'em a break!! the english language is a difficult language, and it may seem easy to americans.. but HEY, you're AMERICAN & you didn't learn it as your 2nd language.. Plus, YO, english is the hardest language to learn [so I heard..?] so be thankful if you already know it! x]. hah.

Speaking English is easy but not when it comes to writing.
I have no problem speaking it.
Maybe some find it difficult to speak due to the accent.

it depends what age you learn it, many Asians learn it when they are older so they have grown accustom to their own language and that is what makes it hard

english isn't my mother language, but it's by far the easiest! it's definetly my favourite and easiest, i think it's hard in no way. i find when people say someone can't speak english it's mostly they take odd amounts of time or they have awkward pronounciation and accents
