Sakura, i like all of them except I think that Ino is my least fave, she hasn't progressed that much during the time span between naruto and naruto shippuden...

Theyre all annoying. Sakura is a stuck up testy girl, always having a go at people before she thinks and going after the "popular guy" and basically judging and following stereotypes in every part of the anime she makes an appearance. Temari's personality is alright but im sure real ninjas would frown on using a fighting technique which essentially hurls an entire armoury at the enemy without using any single weapon even half skillfully. Ino has the same issues as sakura but isnt even good at anything to make up for it. As a side note they really need to give this girl some back story if they want to continue to have her in the anime. Hinata is nice but far, far too shy. Annoyingly shy in fact. The wind girl from the sand village is ok but seems a bit manly. The new girl is basically psychotic but at least fun to watch.

Actually I have to say I'm really not a fan of the japanese culture for girls to either being swooning or angry with no emotions in between. Its present in most of the popular animes. A notable exception is tsunade who, while angry quite alot of the time at least shows other emotions and seems to have a cheeky and humourous side occasionally. The women in naruto still definitely arent the shows strong point.
