I don't know what they're deciding with his character yet besides being the asshole from central; but I don't think he really is an undercover agent from the Earl - I know that the Earl has supporters, but anyone actually doing any business with him is a Noah or created as an Akuma. Seeing how Allen's eye doesn't react to him, that definitely crosses out Akuma, but would there really be a chance that Levverier is in his "white" form? Probably not. So, until further notice, Levverier is "that asshole from central known as Hitler." |
