Not filming Part 3 for the time being
The main reason will be because the author of the manga passed away due to sickness when she was writing the ending. Everyone had discussed about whether they should continue on with the story? But to respect the author and trying to follow closely to the original plot of the story, so for the time being it will be impossible to have Part 3.
Joe: Maybe after 10 years we will remake [It Started With A Kiss] again, I will reprise the high school student role and Yi Chen will become the cute and silly Xiang Qin and see whether we could used our acting skills to make up for our age?
Ariel: That time we may have to act as the parents instead! But it will be quite fun, so it’s a deal then!
After 10 years, both Zheng Yuan Chang and Lin Yi Chen will be 36 years old. Will this best on-screen couple still the main artists in the idol series?

i think that the manga artist who passed away planned that they have a child. according to the anime version, xiang qin will be pregnant ^^ but i still dont know yet ◕‿◕

hEy!!!..guys..i'm sure u'll be very excited about dis news dat i just read recently..just like at this moment actually..
well, for those arjoe fanatics that are longing and can't wait for another collaboration like LOVE or BREAD, i guess dis news would really feel u more excited than ever..
to all of us who are waiting if ISWAK will be having a part 3 i have good news to all ( this made me feel excited too!)
the director (Qu You Ning) of the said drama quited a show called extravagant challenge to prepare for the filming of ISWAK 3, you read it right, we will be seeing our xiang qin and zhi shu on our television sets very soon…

The script already has 12 episodes; will start filming in November
Qu You Ning said, he has to prepare for ISWAK 3, and he can’t accept the series because of time conflicts. He has been looking forward to work with Jerry Yan for a long time. He also said [I have said it too early, he did has the intention and that’s why I would say it like that.] Qu You Ning clarifies that there is no discontentment [In the industry there’s no such thing as being enemy, the market is already very poor.

I really wanted to see THEM in ISWAK 3.
not some newbies reviving the love team or even the storyline..
