Well, I always train everyday to maintain my body's balance and figure. My training consists of a 10 km jog (it's round trip around my village up to the mall for a 2 time run.), a 10-minute dash in the jogging machine that my brother bought, and the usual fitness drink if you don't mind.

Pretty much, it's a requirement for me. If you really want to loose that much, then just do some effort.
