Rather than just throw random bands at you, I'll try and recommend some bands that you actually might really like.
First off, what bands do you listen to? & what bands do you avoid at all costs?
Also, what kind of bands are you looking for? Any specific sound/genre?

hyde's voice can be as deep as an ocean
and as high as a skyscraper when he get's into falcetto mode. *i think i got the falcetto word spelled wrong..* lol

Have you ever heard of Garret? ラエル, their vocalist, has a pretty deep voice.

Erm, try Versailles. They have said to be known for their melodic metal.. I enjoy their music alot.

Alice Nine? Shou's voice is kinda deep in some songs. And 12012 the vocal's voice in that band is quite deep/.

You gotta listen to Q. as well.. It's their best song. Saga's vocals is amazingly good as well.
