Nymphs:

Beautiful and gentle creatures. There are many different kinds of nymphs, sky, earth, water, fire. They prefer to live near their natural habitat (water nymps in the rivers and lakes and earth nymphs in mountains. etc) and can manilupate the element they are born into. Female nyphs outnumber the male by 5 to 1.

I've posted this in the Race Details, but i'll post again. Hopefully new members or anyone who's thinking about creating new charas will read this forum carefully...

Dhampirs: The children born from marriages between vampires and human, no matter which one of them is the human and the vampire. Dhampirs aren’t perfect like humans and vampires, because it was said marriages between vampires and humans are against the nature. They have no nails, nor bones, no shadows because they are soulless (This included vampires too), snub nose or sometimes no nose at all, just two holes to let them breathe, big head and their back bones are very obvious and the males have tail-like feature, springing from their back bones. The ratio of male dhampirs to female is 3:1. Dhampirs cannot marry other dhampirs, they must marry either a vampire or a human. Because they are hated and because of their appearance, they seldom gets married. Their community is very small. They still have blood-lusts, and they have all the vampiric abilities with none of the weaknesses. For example, silver and garlic and sunlight. But vampires in this story are not afraid of any religious items, okay? This makes them a natural vampire slayer and demon slayer as well. But they will be fully developed only when they are 21 years old. Most of them wouldn’t make it as they are often killed. Dhampirs are decided as the lowest creature in Void’s society.

In this story, Prince Reza Rene' Dracul is a perfect dhampir with none of the flaws. He is mentioned in The Prophecy, The Lord of Dhampir. So, he's famous among dhampirs. Dhampirs don't have the vampire weaknesses, but they can be killed by any injuries that might kill any human.

Those who wish to be dhampirs, please note the physical appearance of dhampirs. Thank you for your co-operation.

meh, I'm not a fan of specifying, but I guess I will
Shifters:
creatures that can shift into other creatures. There are, however, other specific types. Beast-shifters can shift into their native animal form or into a human disguise they were born with. There are some cases where they can shift into other animals if the species are related. Male to female ratio is 5:2
In ancient legends, there were beautiful people who could transform into plants, trees, or elements of earth, such as dirt, water, fire, etc. Having been in touch with nature, they can also shift their form at will into animals they have been in contact with. But, considering their use is little unless they turn into a medicinal plant, there have been fewer cases of them. They are usually called the Forgotten Shifters. Female to male ratio is 4:1
Then there's the Shape Shifter, which is most common for they have the powers of both through evolution. Keeping physical contact with a person, animal, element, etc, the shifter can transform into the desired shape for an amount of time depending upon how long they have touched the target, memorizing through blood the structure of said target. Female to male ratio 2:1
It has been said also shifters can reproduce with other races, though the particular ones are not known. Some of those crossovers sometimes result in the child not fertile.
ex: shifters such as Keane is a shape-shifter, while Avery is a beastial shifter with nymph blood.

Drists:
an unknown creature/entity that mostly takes on the form of a human. They feed off of humans and animals like some Shikigami, but absorb their abilities for a time, and can decide whether or not to finish their victim dry and absorb their abilities/powers for a year. Not much is known about the drist because their are fewer and fewer due to Shikigami overpowering and ridding them, but it was said they were once living humans/animals and were clinging to a grudge or strong emotion.

Aura:
is a field of subtle, luminous radiation surrounding a person, animal or magical object. Every being has a unique Aura.

Mana: (like chakra)
An expendable resource out of which magic users form their magic spells. Mana gets used up and has to be replenshied with rest and food. Similarly it can be increased with training.

Seals:
heaven seals used by the Realm of the Gods, can be sealed only by Gods and Goddesses and cant be unsealed by other creatures unless permission is taken by the God or Goddess who cast it.
earth seals, used by most magical creatures, and are relatively simple to cast.
Guardian seals. They are not as common as the other two and a scarifice of the Sealer is needed to complete the ritual of the seal.
There are Four levels to every seal. An earthly magical creature can only achieve level three while a God or Goddess can achieve a level four.

Arcadian Knights are The top government officials. Their level of power is un matched and superior to most other government officials. They are dispatched as a last resort when the government cannot deal with something.
Even in the Arcadian Knightt there is an Armour class, which is more powerful than the ordinary Arcadian Knight. Uptill now the governmenet has only Four Arcadian Armour Knights.
Their armours are a source of fierce pride and each armour is coloured differently and made differently to suit the Knight wearing it. They travel alone and are not under strict government control.

With the falling of the government, the Arcadian knights were all killed by Darkness except for the Armour class. They have banded and are travelling together and have formed a rebel team named Archangels. But each warrior is still referred to as a knight.

Arcson: The biggest rebellion army there is, along with the richest and most powerful. They have bases in every territory. They are the most informed and best fed. In other words, they're the best chance anyone has in the war against Darkness. There is a average of 1615 people (soldiers) in each territory. The strongest warrior of all of them is Chi, and their best healer is Decka.

ogre:
just your typical large, dumb creature. (refer to Harry Potter, the chamber of secrets, I think lol) these lugs will chase and kill anything that hurts them in any way, but being that they're too stupid for their own good, they may forget later on and go back to their daily routines (what I don't know). Most appear sluggish, thick-boned and not keeping their weight in check, but once they grab a hold of you, you're pretty much toast if you can't figure out how to make them let go of you in time, what with their thrashing you about, throwing you against something hard, or crushing you with their bare hands. The ogres also sometimes carry the stereotypical club or some sort of huge weapon from time to time. Some are conjured and come with a specific element, such as darkness, earth, or water. Be careful of the element-bound ones, though. They're the more dangerous ones compared to the regular creeps.

vlander voltise:
the larger beings that were either conjured or brought into life one way or another, meant to guard precious things or people and took on its shape the way its master wanted.
large creatures that are solely conjured by skilled magicians, creatures, or anytone with a fair sense of the dark magic. Vlander Voltises mean serious business if they're conjured by someone, and they're not your typical guard dogs protecting the family jewels. Conjured in any of the elements such as darkness, earth, fire, (EXCLUDING LIGHT ELEMENT) it depends upon the power of the person/creature that summoned them how powerful they are in their element. The more powerful the summoner, the more deadly the vlander voltise are. These creatures can also take on the shape of whatever their masters want them, whether it be giant-like or brown bear-shape; they do not prefer to be smaller though. Be wary, since even middle level magic users can summon these, not control them and then accidentally release them into the outer world. The darker elements are even more dangerous, so it's best for people to hide and/or run for their lives if they encounter on.

Grimly:
Grimly is an ancient language that uses rune like symbols. The language itself is almost extinct. As of yet, Ten/Akum is the only known person who understands it. However, spells and incantations are still extracted from Grimly, and ancient prophecies written in it have also been found.

About the language:
There are 13 basic symbols. 5 directors, 6 sharers, and 2 modifiers. Together, they from 117 unique symbols/sounds. Understanding the basic 13 is enough to allow one to read all 117. Furthermore, the language can be translated into English characters if need be. If anyone would like to see what this looks like, I have made a translation program located on my server at http://www.theworldmmo.com/~rvc/scripts/convert.html (made with flash). Simply write in the box titled "English:"

I am currently working on having it display the symbols in the graph looking thing as well. programming 117 of them takes a while though since they are just images ^_^''

Glyphs:

Glyphs are a form of magic. A glyph is formed by drawing a pattern into the air. However, the pattern is only visible to those who posses glyph powers. These patterns in force a "rule" upon an object. The strength and effect of this "rule" depends on the glyph's level. Effects range from simple barriers, to formidable walls, to healing, to even some forms of mind control. High level glyphs are complicated however, and take a great deal of skill to cast.

They most important aspect of glyph magic is the first the idea that a "rule" must be imparted. This rule can be as simple as "no object is to pass this area" to far more complex models. The second important aspect of glyph magic is that no words of incantation are need. Instead, just drawing the pattern in the air is sufficient to form the spell's effect. Because of this, glyph magic is also useful in situations were stealth is a necessity.

Runes:
Runes are another form of magic, and are in some ways similar to glyphs, but different in many more. There are numerous runes that draw upon different aspects of the environment. Instead of drawing power from the caster's will, power is drawn from things around the caster. Furthermore, a rune does not need to have a "rule", just a purpose. In order to fulfill this purpose, the rune must be drawn in a tangible form. Such as with blood, or drawn on the ground, etc. Runes also sometimes require to be read. Unlike glyphs, runes form an entire language. As such, their powers are far more varied. This comes at the drawback of requiring sometimes lengthy spells.
