The equinox is when the centre of the sun is directly above the Earth and only happens twice a year. I believe this is the day that the Yin begins to wane so the yang may begin to wax. (Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong or help me if they know more information than I do about the equinox.) This day is celebrated around the world and we're going to celebrate it by giving one of our members a title in the group.
Here's how we play. All you do is continuously post about ying n yang or about September in this forum and the last person to post by the time of the September Equinox wins.

Ooooooooooooo, sounds like great fun ^_^

Yin-yang are Opposing

Yin and yang describe the polar effects of phenomena. In viewing any one phenomenon (or the comparison of two phenomena), yin and yang describe the opposing qualities inherent in it. For instance, winter and summer would be the yin and yang, respectively, of the year.

Like that? Did I do it right?

I think so! Just like that. I think yin and yang may also deal with the moon at night that causes the oceans tide to increase which maybe the yang, and the sun that rises when the oceans tide decreases.

Yin-yang are Mutually Rooted

Yin and yang are two complementary qualities. That is to say, the yin and the yang aspect of any one phenomenon will, when put together, form the entire phenomenon. Yin-yang is a philosophy of duality. This is the reason the Chinese word has no "and" between yin and yang - the term always expresses the two making up the one. For example, winter plus summer makes up the whole year.

In the traditional chinese medicine, its considered that in the univers exists 2 fundamental principles, antagonisticals and complementary. One is Ying which has a minus polarity and its associated with the Moon, feminality, intuation, pasivity, interior, coldness, darkness, water. The other one is Yang with polarity plus which is solar, masculine, dynamic, luminous, expansive, associated with fire, warm, exterior and surface.
The duality Ying-Yang its in everything, phenomenon or living being.Usually in some situations or at a certain moment in a being prevails one of these two energies.
A person can amplify certain qualities either Ying or Yang type by eating sutiable food which has ying or yang qualities. The way people eat these century amplifys Ying energy that can cause lots of diseases like tumours, diabetes and others.
So in conclusion eat SAFE

Yin & Yang : are two primal forces controlling the whole of the universe according to Chinese philosophy. It is thought that everything can be categorized by this balancing system of Yin and Yang. Indeed everything from people, houses and animals, to nations continents and the entire universe, may be determined by the balance or lack of balance of the Yin and Yang. The ideal balance of Yin and Yang can be summarized in this diagram. The white (Yin) part of the diagram increases as the black (Yang) part decreases. When one part is at its height then the other is at its lowest ebb. Sometimes it is assumed that Yin is female and Yang male, however, this is not strictly true. For example, even though Yin is thought of as a predominantly feminine force, men can still possess it too.

^_^ Interesting, ne?

Ying and Yang they represent love ( in my opinion ) , a union of two lovers that complete each other , in other words soulmates , but it has to be always like that because when one part its doing more that it has to overwhelming the other part then the balance its disturbed and the relationships suffers so just like love can make you see heaven or hell just like that ying and yang are : two part that without each other will be nothing i just thought this right now so be gentle with the criticism

Within Yin is the seed of Yang and vice versa, and as such, they form two complementary, yet also opposing forces. Together Yin and Yang make a whole, neither one is more important than the other. Below are some examples of how Yin and Yang appear and the opposing natures of these forces.

well i did posted there that the post here should be about ying and yang and september and nobody wrote something about september so i will try now :
September is the ninth month of the year in the Gregorian Calendar and one of four Gregorian months with 30 days.
In Latin, septem means "seven" and septimus means "seventh"; September was in fact the seventh month of the Roman calendar until 153 BC, when there was a calendar reform from the month of the Ides of March to the Kalends, or January 1.[1]
September marks the beginning of the liturgical year in the Eastern Orthodox Church.[citation needed] September begins on the same day of the week as December every year, because there are 91 days separating September and December, which is a multiple of seven (the amount of days in the week).
September's birthstone is the sapphire :

September's flower is the morning glory :
