If the disabled person is strong willed, independent, and optimistic ----> I respect them.
If the disabled person is bitchy, lazy, and pessismistic (sp) ------> I wouldn't give a poop about them.

for me, they're the same as we are.... They are human beings anyway... they acted the same well except those who have mental problems but oh well! But to those who can't even walk anymore or for being blind, I still find them human, though...

I think there is no really difference between a disabled person and a normal person we are all humans so why feel sad for them treat them how you treat ordinary people and learn how to accept them. :>

The last thing most of them would want is for people to feel pity for them.. me? depending on the circumstance, but generally i just treat them like everybody else, since i think they would want to be treated that way.

They're just like everyone else. If I see a random person on the street, I'm not going to feel bad for them just because they have a disability, but if I know them, and know that they're sufferring, of course I will feel bad for them just like I would for anyone else.

I have two friends who are in wheel chairs and obviusly since im their friend feel indifrent twards disabled people. Once in a while they might need some help with something but chanes are there are enough deasent people out there to do so if need be. I see it like this the world is made of facts and realitys of life, there are disabled people, pregnanet teens, crimes and so on but life goes on help those you can if they need it only.

The last thing people with a diability want is pity. I personally treat everyone I come into contact with the same. If anyone I know, or hell even if I don't know them, wants and asks for my help, then I will gladly give it to them. If they are physically/mentally abled or not.
