I do it a lot of times even though it is not intentional. It just keeps coming out of my mouth. Well it's okay even though they don't understand it or not. It just became a part of my everyday life speaking words in japanese.

sometimes i swear in japanese like 'go shiri ga itai' - idk what that even means but i know it's got something to do with stepping on my butt. i say 'baka' and make it sound like a really bad word, and i say doshite, demo, dokoni, arigato, ohayo, gomenasai etc a lot when i want to avoid nosy people (???-sic. yea)

more than that i romanize my english words into japanese. that i do a lot lot.

Absolutely! A lot of times a certain thought or reaction just works better in japanese than in english! Like when someone is being particularly irritable, "baka" sounds infinitely better than "idiot"
It's all in the inflection and intonation of the japanese language!
My favorites: baka, nani?, moo, itai!, uso!

I only speak Japanese with myself and other serious students of Japanese. I do enjoy writing in hiragana and katakana, and I study Kanji every day.
